About SAHPA
SAHPA´s (South America Honey Producers Association and also, South African Honey Producers Association) main objective is to promote honey consumption at world-wide level.
SAHPA iniciates projects in association with Argentinian and South African apicultors, orientated to those people who are interested in iniciating honey production, training, grouping and approaching them the necessary resources. We work on the grass roots level, providing previously disadvantaged people with a mean to maintain a sustainable livelyhood, assisting them with the entire process, from training to commercialisation. Our co-orporative funds the projects and purchases the honey produced for exportation and sale to the local market. We purchase the honey at above market standard rates and ensure that the honey produced is of the highest standard.
