The colour of the honey

The colour varies since white tones to dark brown ones, existing in the middle reddish, yellowish and greenish honeys, although amber and weak-brown tones are the predominant ones.

Dark colour does not mean that it is low quality, on the contrary, it´s well-known that as darker the honey is as richer in calcium phosphate and iron. That´s why is more suitable to satisfy growing bodies necessities, anemic individuals and intelectuals under mind efforts.

The honey of clear colour es richer on A vitamins. Dark ones are richer on B and C vitamins.
