The honey is a composed substance, mainly, by sugars (fructosy and glucose) but besides is a wonderful source of minerals and vitamins. In the next square we can see some elements that honey contains. In fact, more than 150 substances complete honey composition:

Proteines: Up to 0,40 %
Mineral Substances: Up to 1%: Potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, silicon, iron, phosphorus , etc.
Trace minerals: Zinc, molybdenum, iodine, etc.
Vitamins: B2, Pantotenic acid, niacine, tiamine, B6, C, K, Folic acid, biotine.
